HOODOO
Terms of Use
Effective October 17, 2026
By using HooDoo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before creating an account or buying Premium.
Using HooDoo
HooDoo lets you set alarms, save voice recordings, choose sounds, and use the features shown in the app. Use it lawfully and only with content you have permission to use. Do not interfere with the app, its accounts, or its purchase systems. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to stop misuse or protect the service.
Alarms need your phone
Alarms depend on your device being powered on, its volume and permissions, and the operating system working normally. Check your settings and keep another backup for anything where a missed alarm could cause serious harm or loss. We work to make HooDoo reliable, but cannot promise that every alarm or notification will sound in every circumstance.
Your recordings and music
Your original voice recordings remain yours. HooDoo does not claim ownership of them. Tracks supplied with HooDoo, music you add behind a recording, and audio you import may have separate rights. You are responsible for having permission to use, export, or share any audio you add. A recording with background music does not transfer ownership of that music to you. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are stored.
Accounts and Premium
Keep your account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Premium features require a valid trial, purchase, subscription, or other verified entitlement. The current price and benefits are shown before checkout. Google Play processes Android purchases; HooDoo does not receive your payment-card details.
A seven-day trial, when offered, becomes a monthly subscription at the price Google Play shows before you confirm. To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial ends. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until canceled.
If you no longer want Premium, please cancel in Google Play subscriptions before the next renewal. You can uninstall HooDoo afterward. Removing the app by itself does not cancel billing, because Google Play manages the subscription. After cancellation, Premium normally stays available until the end of the paid period. Google Play's purchase and refund rules, and any mandatory consumer rights, apply.
Availability and events outside our control
We may update the app or temporarily interrupt online features to fix problems, maintain security, or comply with law. Some interruptions can result from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread network or power outages, and government action. We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent the law allows, HooDoo is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from a missed alert or unavailable service. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, or limits responsibility for our own conduct where that would be unlawful.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as HooDoo changes. We will post the revised date and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. If you do not accept an update, you can stop using the app and manage any active subscription in Google Play.
